The Logan County Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Henderson County Colonels to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cougars now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league game on Friday, September 8. Logan County will meet a Flyers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Collins (Shelbyville, KY). The Flyers record now stands at 10-4.

The Colonels (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Fairfield (Fairfield, IL). The Mules enter the non-league game with a 13-0 record. In their last game, Fairfield defeated Newton (Newton, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
