North Carolina High School Volleyball - Rockingham County over High Point Central

The Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC) volleyball overcame the host High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing.

With the win, Rockingham County upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Cougars host Morehead (Eden, NC) to face the Panthers in a non-league outing on Monday, September 11. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 6-3. Morehead lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against McMichael (Mayodan, NC)

The Bison now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to T.W. Andrews for a non-league outing on Monday, September 11. High Point Central will face a Red Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to West Stokes (King, NC). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-7.
