The King Academy Knights volleyball team (Batesburg, SC), went down 3-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Wardlaw Academy Patriots (Johnston, SC)

The Patriots (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Jefferson Davis Academy (Blackville, SC). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Jefferson Davis Academy defeated Community Christian Academy (Martinez, GA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights encounter the South Aiken Baptist Christian CRUSADERS (Aiken, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. King Academy will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The CRUSADERS come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Community Christian Academy (Martinez, GA).
