The Westford Academy Grey Ghosts volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Lowell Red Raiders to 1 in the Grey Ghosts non-league victory on Thursday.
The Grey Ghosts now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Acton-Boxborough for a Dual County game on Thursday, September 14.
The Red Raiders (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Haverhill (Haverhill, MA). The Hillies enter the Merrimack Valley II game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Haverhill defeated Bishop Fenwick (Peabody, MA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
