The Menifee County Wildcats volleyball team (Frenchburg, KY), went down 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Powell County Pirates (Stanton, KY)

The Pirates (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Bath County (Owingsville, KY). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 3-13 record. In their last challenge, Bath County defeated Model (Richmond, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 11. Menifee County will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Bluejackets come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY).
