The Providence Christian Academy LIONS volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host University School of Nashville Tigers to 0 in the LIONS league victory on Thursday.
The LIONS now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Battle Ground Academy for a game on Monday, September 11. Providence Christian Academy will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Middle Tennessee Christian (Murfreesboro, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-5.
The Tigers (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Fairview (Fairview, TN). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Fairview defeated Memphis East (Memphis, TN), 2-0, in a non-league game.
