In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Morris Catholic Crusaders soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Morristown-Beard Crimson.

The Crusaders (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Academy of St. Elizabeth (Convent Station, NJ). The Panthers go into the Northwest Jersey - Independence outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Academy of St. Elizabeth was overwhelmed by Villa Walsh Academy (Morristown, NJ), 8-0, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Crimson confront the Whippany Park Wildcats (Whippany, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - Liberty outing, on Tuesday, September 10. Morristown-Beard will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Hanover Park (East Hanover, NJ).
