With the win, Bernie advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Mules travel to New Madrid County Central (New Madrid, MO) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Indians now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dexter for a test on Tuesday, September 17. Kennett will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Richland (Essex, MO). The Bearcats record now stands at 8-2.
