The Bay Tigers (Bay St. Louis, MS) volleyball held off the visiting South Jones Braves (Ellisville, MS), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 10-15 record. They play next when they travel to Our Lady Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 7. Bay will clash with a Crescents team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Purvis (Purvis, MS). The Crescents record now stands at 20-2.
With the loss, South Jones drops to 10-6 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Hancock (Kiln, MS) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 7. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 16-6.
