In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Cascade Cougars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Pendleton Buckaroos.

The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Corbett (Corbett, OR). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Corbett beat Estacada (Estacada, OR), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Buckaroos meet the Sweet Home Huskies (Sweet Home, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Pendleton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Junction City (Junction City, OR).
