In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Ursuline Academy Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Delaware Military Academy Seahawks.

The Raiders (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE). The Hillers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record.

In their next game, the Seahawks encounter the First State Military Academy Bulldogs (Clayton, DE) in a Diamond State battle, on Monday, September 9. Delaware Military Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Odyssey Charter (Wilmington, DE).
