In Saturday's non-league match, the Morning Star Academy Mustangs (Bettendorf, IA) volleyball squad overcame the host Faith Christian Falcons (Dixon, IL), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Galesburg Christian Lions (Galesburg, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 7. Morning Star Academy will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Tri-State Christian (Dubuque, IA).
