The Freedom Falcons volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Granada Matadors to 1 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Falcons now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Las Lomas for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 7. Freedom will meet a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.

Next, the Matadors meet the Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA) in a East Bay challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Granada will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA).
