The West Linn Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Grant Generals to 0 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Lakeridge for a 6A Three Rivers outing on Tuesday, September 10. West Linn will play a Pacers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Jefferson (Portland, OR). The Pacers record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Grant drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Ida B. Wells (Portland, OR) to play the Guardians in a 6A Portland Interscholastic outing on Monday, September 9. The Guardians come into the outing with a record of 0-2. Ida B. Wells lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against St. Mary's Academy (Portland, OR)
