Texas High School Volleyball - Ridge Point tips Katy Taylor

The Ridge Point Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Katy Taylor Mustangs to 1 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now have a 19-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cypress Ranch for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 10. Ridge Point will play a Mustangs team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Stratford (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 23-4.

With the loss, Katy Taylor drops to 18-8 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Seven Lakes (Katy, TX) to play the Spartans in a 6A Region III District 19 outing on Tuesday, September 10. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 19-6. Seven Lakes won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Katy (Katy, TX)
