In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Princeville Princes volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Monmouth-Roseville Titans.

The Princes (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Midland (Varna, IL). The Timberwolves come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Midland edged Calvary Christian Academy (Normal, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Titans meet the Wethersfield Flying Geese (Kewanee, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Monmouth-Roseville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Flying Geese come into the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Fulton (Fulton, IL).
