West Liberty Comets (West Liberty, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Muscatine Muskies (Muscatine, IA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, West Liberty improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Comets host Mid-Prairie (Wellman, IA) to face the Golden Hawks in a test on Thursday, September 12. The Golden Hawks go into the test with a record of 9-2. Mid-Prairie won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Washington (Washington, IA)

The Muskies now own a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Davenport West for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. Muscatine will face a Falcons squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Bettendorf (Bettendorf, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.
