In Saturday's league challenge, the host South Central Calhoun Titans volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Northwest Webster Cougars.

The Titans (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Spencer (Spencer, IA). The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Spencer was beaten by Sheldon (Sheldon, IA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the South Hamilton Hawks (Jewell, IA) in a challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Northwest Webster will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Nevada (Nevada, IA).
