The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Farmville Central Jaguars (Farmville, NC) and the visiting West Craven Eagles (Vanceboro, NC), saw Farmville Central's volleyball squad beat West Craven by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Farmville Central upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Jaguars travel to South Central (Winterville, NC) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Monday, September 12. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

The Eagles now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Greene Central for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 13. West Craven will play a Rams squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Washington (Washington, NC). The Rams record now stands at 1-6.
