California High School Volleyball - Pinole Valley can't hold off Salesian College Preparatory

In Thursday's league battle, the host Salesian College Preparatory Pride volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Pinole Valley Spartans.
The Pride (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Fighting Zebras come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Lincoln was edged by Del Oro (Loomis, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Spartans encounter the De Anza Dons (El Sobrante, CA) in a battle, on Wednesday, September 14. Pinole Valley will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
