The Mt. Pleasant Vikings soccer team scored 6 points and limited the host Southmoreland Scotties to 0 in the Vikings league victory on Thursday.
Next, the Vikings face the Connellsville Falcons (Connellsville, PA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 12. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Falcons enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA).
The Scotties now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waynesburg Central for a WPIAL AA 3 contest on Tuesday, September 13.
