The Isabella Mustangs (Maplesville, AL) volleyball overcame the visiting Central of Coosa County Cougars (Rockford, AL), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Isabella upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to University Charter (Livingston, AL) to confront the Trail Blazers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. The Trail Blazers enter the test with a record of 6-3. University Charter won 3-0 in their recent league test against Keith (Orrville, AL)

The Cougars (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Thorsby (Thorsby, AL). The Rebels enter the non-league test with a 1-5 record.
