The Chargers (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Westside (Macon, GA). The Seminoles come into the non-league battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Westside went down by Jonesboro (Jonesboro, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Hurricanes encounter the Cook Hornets (Adel, GA) in a 2A Area 1 battle, on Saturday, September 10. Rutland will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Hornets come into the battle with a 5-8 record after their 2-1 league loss to Central (Macon, GA).
