    The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI) and the host L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders (Macomb, MI), saw Dakota's volleyball squad beat L'Anse Creuse North by a tally of 3-0.

    With the win, Dakota upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Grand Blanc won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Heritage (Saginaw, MI)

    The Crusaders now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Stevenson for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 10.
