The Loyola Academy Ramblers held off the visiting New Trier Trevians volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Ramblers now have a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep for a Girls Catholic (GCAC) test on Tuesday, September 13. Loyola Academy will confront a Wolfpack team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Marist (Chicago, IL). The Wolfpack record now stands at 2-11.

The Trevians (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Niles West (Skokie, IL). The Wolves enter the Central Suburban test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Niles West held off Taft (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
