The Princeton Tigers topped the visiting Mendota Trojans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Tigers now have a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Bede for a Three Rivers test on Monday, September 12. Princeton will confront a Bruins team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL). The Bruins record now stands at 3-7.

The Trojans (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL). The Comets enter the Three Rivers test with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Newman Central Catholic gained a win over Hall (Spring Valley, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
