The Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA) volleyball were winner over the host Monte Vista Monarchs (Spring Valley, CA), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

With the win, Valhalla betters its record to 5-5 on the year. The Norsemen travel to Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA) to face the Eagles in a Grossmont Hills outing on Monday, September 19. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 10-4. Granite Hills lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Poway (Poway, CA)
