The Watsonville Wildcatz volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Monterey Dores to 1 in the Wildcatz league victory on Thursday.
The Wildcatz now have a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Salinas for a Pacific Coast - Cypress game on Wednesday, September 14. Watsonville will meet a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-5.
The Dores (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA). The Pirates enter the Pacific Coast - Santa Lucia game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Stevenson dropped by Pacific Grove (Pacific Grove, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
