North Carolina High School Volleyball - R-S Central Patton

The Patton Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting R-S Central Hilltoppers to 1 in the Panthers league victory on Thursday.

The Panthers now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brevard for a Mountain Foothills Seven 2A game on Tuesday, September 13. Patton will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-0 league win over Chase (Forest City, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 6-2.

The Hilltoppers (5-6) will now prepare for their game against East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Cavaliers enter the Mountain Foothills Seven 2A game with a 9-4 record. In their last game, East Rutherford was dropped by Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC), 3-2, in a league game.
