Michigan High School Volleyball - Walled Lake Western tips Sterling Heights

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Walled Lake Western Warriors (Walled Lake, MI) volleyball squad edged the host Sterling Heights Stallions (Sterling Heights, MI), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Warriors battle the Avondale Yellowjackets (Auburn Hills, MI) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 8. Walled Lake Western will attempt to better on its 3-9 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Brandon (Ortonville, MI).

With the loss, Sterling Heights drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Stallions travel to Avondale (Auburn Hills, MI) to battle the Yellowjackets in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 8.
