The Honoka'a Dragons (Honoka'a, HI) football routed the visiting Pahoa Daggers (Pahoa, HI), 45-6 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Dragons face the Ka'u Trojans (Pahala, HI) in a Big Island II bout, on Saturday, September 16. Honoka'a will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 49-6 league loss to Kamehameha Hawai'i (Kea'au, HI).

The Daggers (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Kohala (Kapaau, HI). The Cowboys come into the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Kohala was trounced by Hawaii Prep (Kamuela, HI), 18-14, in a league game.
