The Logan-Magnolia Panthers football team (Logan, IA), was beaten 39-14 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Woodbury Central Wildcats (Moville, IA)

The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA). The Jays come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Gehlen Catholic achieved victory over Alta-Aurelia (Alta, IA), 28-7, in a league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Monona for a A District 8 challenge on Friday, September 15.
