The Piqua Indians football team (Piqua, OH), was beaten 28-13 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Tippecanoe Red Devils (Tipp City, OH)

The Red Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Troy (Troy, OH). The Trojans come into the Miami Valley League challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Troy achieved victory over West Carrollton (West Carrollton, OH), 52-0, in a league challenge.

The Indians now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenville for a Miami Valley League challenge on Friday, September 15. Piqua will meet a Green Wave team coming off a 45-6 league loss to Butler (Vandalia, OH). The Green Wave record now stands at 0-4.
