Oklahoma High School Softball - Lexington gets by Comanche

The Lexington Bulldogs nipped the visiting Comanche Indians softball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's league battle.
The Bulldogs (12-19) will now prepare for their battle against Stratford (Stratford, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 23-4 record. In their last battle, Stratford held off Maysville (Maysville, OK), 8-2, in a league battle.
The Indians now possess a 10-10 record. They play next when they travel to Lone Grove for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 12. Comanche will meet a Longhorns squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Davis (Davis, OK). The Longhorns record now stands at 23-8.
