The Navajo Indians softball team (Altus, OK), was routed 7-2 in Friday's non-league test with the host Elgin Owls (Elgin, OK)

Coming up next, the Owls encounter the Lookeba-Sickles Panthers (Lookeba, OK) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 9. Elgin will attempt to improve on its 17-2 season record. The Panthers enter the test with a 13-4 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Sterling (Sterling, OK).

The Indians (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Sterling (Sterling, OK). The Tigers enter the Class A test with a 19-3 record. In their last test, Sterling was routed by Lookeba-Sickles (Lookeba, OK), 4-2, in a non-league test.
