In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Culver City Centaurs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Beverly Hills Normans.
The Centaurs (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against Marquez (Huntington Park, CA). The Gladiators come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Marquez lost by South Gate (South Gate, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Normans clash with the Windward Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 9. Beverly Hills will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 8-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over St. Mary's Academy (Inglewood, CA).
