Texas High School Volleyball - Uvalde overwhelmed by Devine

The Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) volleyball team (Uvalde, TX), went down 3-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Devine Warhorses (Devine, TX)

The Warhorses (19-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Carrizo Springs (Carrizo Springs, TX). The Wildcats come into the 4A Region IV District 29 challenge with a 4-10 record. In their last challenge, Carrizo Springs went down by Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) encounter the Somerset Bulldogs (Somerset, TX) in a 4A Region IV District 29 challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Uvalde will attempt to move on its 0-11 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 12-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Floresville (Floresville, TX).
