Texas High School Volleyball - Salado over Gateway College Preparatory

Salado Eagles (Salado, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Gateway College Preparatory Gators (Georgetown, TX), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Burnet Bulldogs (Burnet, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 12. Salado will attempt to advance on its 21-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 15-9 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Johnson City (Johnson City, TX).

With the loss, Gateway College Preparatory drops to 9-10 on the campaign. The Gators travel to China Spring (China Spring, TX) to battle the Cougars in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 12. The Cougars come into the match with a record of 16-10. China Spring won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Hubbard (Hubbard, TX)

The Salado (TX) varsity volleyball team won Friday's home non-conference match against Gateway College Preparatory (Georgetown, TX) by a score of 3-0.
