The Westwood Cardinals topped the host Indian Hills Braves volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cardinals now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host River Dell for a non-league test on Monday, September 11. Westwood will confront a Golden Hawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Academy of the Holy Angels (Demarest, NJ). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 1-0.
The Braves (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ). The Thunderbirds enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Mahwah was knocked off by Dumont (Dumont, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league test.
