Texas High School Volleyball - John Paul II overwhelmed by Keystone

In Friday's non-league battle, the host Keystone Cobras volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the John Paul II Guardians.

The Cobras (16-5) will now prepare for their battle against San Marcos Academy (San Marcos, TX). The Bears come into the TAPPS 3A District 4 battle with a 7-4 record.

In their next game, the Guardians confront the Texas School for the Deaf Rangers (Austin, TX) in a TAPPS 4A District 3 test, on Tuesday, September 12. John Paul II will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Rangers enter the test with a 14-12 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to The Christian School at Castle Hills (San Antonio, TX).
