The Marina Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Woodcrest Christian Royals to 0 in the Vikings non-league victory on Friday.

The Vikings now have a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ontario Christian for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Marina will meet a Knights team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA). The Knights record now stands at 10-8.

The Royals (10-6) will now prepare for their game against Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA). The Lancers enter the non-league game with a 10-1 record. In their last game, Sunny Hills gained a win over Cypress (Cypress, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
