The West Potomac Wolverines volleyball squad (Alexandria, VA), was edged 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA)

The Bruins (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA). The Titans enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Alexandria City was tipped by South County (Lorton, VA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines meet the Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 9. West Potomac will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Woodson (Fairfax, VA).
