The Gridley Bulldogs flag football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Center Cougars to 6 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln for a Pioneer Valley League test on Wednesday, September 10. Gridley will face a Fighting Zebras team coming off a 26-6 league loss to Colfax (Colfax, CA). The Fighting Zebras record now stands at 0-3.

The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Colfax (Colfax, CA). The Falcons go into the Pioneer Valley League challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Colfax toppled Lincoln (Lincoln, CA), 26-6, in a league challenge.
