Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Tate Aggies (Cantonment, FL) and the host Escambia Gators (Pensacola, FL), observed Tate's volleyball team top Escambia by a tally of 2-0.

The Aggies (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Choctawhatchee (Fort Walton Beach, FL). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Choctawhatchee was defeated by Niceville (Niceville, FL), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Gators now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pensacola for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. Escambia will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Milton (Milton, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
