The Jackson-Reed Tigers soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Bell Griffins to 1 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.

The Tigers now possess a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Banneker for a DCIAA game on Wednesday, September 10.

The Griffins (0-2) will now prepare for their game against McKinley Tech (Washington, DC). The Trainers come into the DCIAA game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, McKinley Tech was nipped by Cardozo (Washington, DC), 8-0, in a league game.
