Fans at Monday's league battle between the Vallivue Falcons (Caldwell, ID) and the host Columbia Wildcats (Nampa, ID), saw Vallivue's soccer squad hold off Columbia by a score of 1-0.

The Falcons (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Nampa (Nampa, ID). The Bulldogs enter the 5A Southern Idaho battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Nampa was edged by Middleton (Middleton, ID), 4-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Borah Lions (Boise, ID) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 13. Columbia will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 league loss to Boise (Boise, ID).
