Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) and the visiting Morehead Panthers (Eden, NC), saw Leadership Academy's soccer squad knock off Morehead by a count of 2-0.

The Falcons (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Trinity (Trinity, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Trinity nipped Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 5-2, in a non-league match.

The Panthers now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Bartlett Yancey for a Mid-State 3A/4A/5A match on Wednesday, September 17.
