In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Turpin Cardinals softball team scored a tight 4-3 win over the Balko Bison.
The Cardinals now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hammon for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 9. Turpin will confront a Warriors team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Chattanooga (Chattanooga, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 4-10.
With the loss, Balko moves to 5-6 on the season. The Bison host Buffalo (Buffalo, OK) to confront the Bison in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 11. The Bison come into the battle with a record of 2-5.
