The Tecumseh Savages softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Bristow Pirates to 3 in the Savages league win on Monday.
The Savages now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McLoud for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 11. Tecumseh will confront a Redskins squad coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Mannford (Mannford, OK). The Redskins record now stands at 18-6.
The Pirates (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Berryhill (Tulsa, OK). The Chiefs go into the 4A District 4 test with a 3-12 record. In their last test, Berryhill was routed by Adair (Adair, OK), 10-1, in a non-league test.
