The Leake Academy Rebels softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Oak Hill Academy Raiders to 3 in the Rebels league win on Monday.
The Rebels now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Oak Hill Academy for a test on Tuesday, September 9. Leake Academy will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Carroll Academy (Carrollton, MS). The Raiders record now stands at 11-5.
The Raiders (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Leake Academy (Madden, MS). The Rebels go into the test with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Leake Academy by Simpson Academy (Mendenhall, MS), 9-1, in a non-league outing.
